El Rancho Vista Estates

PALM SPRINGS

This small, friendly neighborhood is chock-full of fantastic mid century modern homes designed by well known architects, Donald Wexler and Richard Harrison, and built by popular developer Roy Fey.

The first 70 were finished between 1959 and 1961, with a group of ranch homes built later, and a final 20 constructed in the late 1970s.

The Bermuda. The Capri. The Casa Blanca. These were the names of the three stylish models, and they each evoked a casual California desert lifestyle with days spent poolside, playing golf or tennis, or horseback riding.

The homes' design are easy and casual, offering style and privacy for the middle-class family: decorative concrete block screens, clearstory windows, floor-to-ceiling glass, and large patio doors to poolside for easy indoor-outdoor living. Close by is Sprouts Farmers Market offering a wide variety of healthy food options, and Chef Tanya’s Kitchen, a plant-based restaurant. Even closer is the popular, yet discreet Paul Bar. Enjoy one of their signature cocktails, a frozen sidecar, and a wide selection of yummy bar food. The CV Link (near access point) is close by for designated biking, walking, running, or small electric vehicles (golf carts, scooters, etc)
