Poolside Realty is an independent, locally owned and managed full service real estate firm exclusively serving Palm Springs and other Desert Cities in the Coachella Valley. Its clients receive personal, individualized service, customized to meet their needs.

Because Poolside Realty is small and independent, its owners, John and Russell,

can focus on you, the client, making customer service the number one priority.

Additionally, John and Russell recognize that clients are rarely best served when their agent represents the other party in a sale too (also known as “double=ending”). That is why they recommend exclusive representation for their clients.

Utilizing enhanced global outreach capabilities and technologies, John and Russell develop custom-tailored marketing plans when listing their clients’ homes, reaching a broad, but targeted audience of buyers. Russell and John established Poolside Realty when trends in the residential real estate business became more corporate, and less personal. They understand that the decision to sell or purchase a home is so much more than the transaction itself, or the process, and believe that putting the client's needs first should always be the priority. They trust that there are sellers and buyers who see the value in exclusive representation, and the undeniable strengths and benefits that come from conducting their sales and purchases in a transparent and open marketplace.

Russell’s and John’s diversified strengths and skill sets complement one another. Their professional backgrounds yield a synergy that provides considerable competitive advantages to their clients. Russell has been a licensed Realtor in California for over 15 years, actively involved in the real estate communities of the Palm Springs Area (for 10+ years) and the Oakland Area (for 5 years). John served clients in the design, construction and real estate industries of both Northern and Southern California for over 30 years. Together, Russell and John offer a unique set of skills, experience and expertise to their clients. Moreover, they have collaborated for 25 years, working closely, efficiently and effectively as a team. They are dedicated to carrying on that tradition for their clients.
