Sunrise Park

You'll be pleasantly surprised when you discover the Sunrise Park neighborhood. It feels comfortable and down-to-earth, yet has some of Palm Springs' best examples of mid century architecture. 

Architects Roy Burton, Hugh Kaptur, and William Cody loved the neighborhood so much that they each built their own homes there.

Less than a mile to the Village and the Uptown Design District, there's plenty to do within an easy bike (or walk!) ride. Closer to home, you’ll find the Palm Springs Certified Farmers Market (every Saturday) and The Palm Springs Cultural Center, where you can watch movies, listen to live music, plus other events. Or, swim laps or partake in water aerobics at the wonderful Palm Springs Swim Center, part of the sprawling Sunrise Park. Discover it for yourself.
