ARABY

The Araby neighborhood is tucked up against the mountains south of Palm Canyon Dr, and while “rural” in feel for the most part, the location is excellent with shopping and restaurants plus everyday services located not too far away at both the Smoketree Commons and Smoketree Village shopping centers. The architecture is eclectic ranging from authentic Spanish to modern contemporary. Several condo developments are intertwined within the Araby neighborhood, including Park Imperial South, Coco Cabana, Sandcliff, Garden Villas East, and Villa Alegria. 

Nearby trailheads include Araby Trail, or enjoy “renegade” walking along the wash. The closest CV Link access isn’t too far away at Farrell and Mesquite, or El Cielo and Mesquite. There are several healthy eating options nearby by including Low Desert Modern Mexican and Native Foods.
