The small, sought-after Sunmor neighborhood is simply fun! Even the name evokes fun in the sun. It continues with street names like Livmor, Easmor, and Plaimor. See, it's just fun.

If mid century modern architecture gets your heart beating fast, you'll find lots of clearstory windows, breezeways, and post-and-beam construction. It's pure fun…and beautiful…all around. 

The neighborhood has easy access to downtown Palm Springs, including the Uptown Design District. Bike to Alice B for brunch, or take a short stroll to nearby John Henry’s for dinner on their beautiful tree-shaded patio (closed over the summers, sadly!). Or, grab some organic in-season veggies and fruits at the nearby Palm Springs Farmers Market.
