We were referred to Russell and John at Poolside Realty while dealing with our uncle’s estate in 2024. The house was located in the Warm Sands neighborhood of Palm Springs and though it was in a desirable location, there was a lot of work that needed to be done to get it on the market. John and Russell were the best resource for us and put so much thought into the payoff for the updates they recommended we make and referred us to great contractors.
