It was the first, and many say it's the best! If you're a fan of mid century modern, you've probably heard the name Krisel. Twin Palms, built by the Alexander Company, and designed by William Krisel, was the first tract development constructed in Palm Springs. The affordable, yet progressive and modern design changed the course of history for Palm Springs. Krisel was also trained as a landscape architect, and one of his design features was to place "twin palms" in each yard. Hence, the name Twin Palms. 

The neighborhood is tucked away, but just blocks from the Ace Hotel, shopping, and other dining/drinking options. Enjoy a poolside beer at the Ace, or order flavorful chicken pipian at nearby El Mirasol!
