Like everything, the novel coronavirus has affected real estate. We’re all adjusting, showing and listing property differently than we’re accustomed to.

This doesn’t mean that real estate has come to a standstill. It hasn’t. While new listings and sales are down from this time last year, homes are still coming on the market, and those that are priced competitively, and “show well” are often selling briskly.
